A Little Detour
I have to admit, I love to craft. I like to paint jars, furniture, walls, and more. My son and I make crafts, and science experiments through out the year, not just in the summer. I love to craft food too! I have just started to really enjoy cooking in the last five years as well. So, every once in a while, I hope you won't mind if I share a few crafting ideas that I come across or a few recipes that we really like! I will not forget to post about music, though! Just to re-assure you! (insert giggle here!)

So it's that time of year again for schools to open up and kids to head back. I know, not a big surprise for many. My son started last week and since I love to craft and make fun things for him, I got this idea from a website called Elegance and Enchantment. She also has an etsy shop with these ideas pre-made. But, since I'm a crafter, of sorts, I wanted to make my own. Goodness knows, I have plenty of card stock! I left the background clear so that you can choose your own card stock or just print them on any kind of paper. It's the sentiment that is so important, after all. You can sign your name, or initial the card anywhere you like, front or back. I would love to see my son's face when opening up his lunch bag to find his message! Yep, I think he'll like it!
I thought I'd share some of them here in case you have someone that you make a lunch for and would like to toss in a little message a long with that tossed salad, or turkey sandwich! Feel free to share and send to as many people as you like. If you have trouble downloading the file, please feel free to e-mail me and I'll be glad to send you a .pdf file! *Please note, I made sure to use pictures/clip art that are public domain* Okay, now I'm off to print them! Also if you would like to leave a comment, which is totally a welcome sight, just scroll down to purple comments and click on it and it will open a new window for you to leave one. It's super easy. Thanks so much!
